What to include

To help us investigate quickly, include:

• a short description of what you expected and what happened;
• whether you use iPhone or Android;
• your redd app version, shown on the Profile screen;
• the approximate time the problem occurred;
• any error message that appeared; and
• your account email, if the issue concerns login, sync, or subscription access.

Only include a screenshot if you have checked that it does not reveal health or other information you do not want to share.

Subscriptions

You can restore a purchase or open subscription management from Profile → Subscription in the app. Apple and Google process charges, cancellations, and refunds. If redd does not recognize an active purchase, send us your account email, platform, and the approximate purchase time—never your full card details.

Password and account access

Use “Forgot password?” on the login screen to request a reset link. For your security, support cannot ask for or recover your existing password.

Health-data permissions

Apple Health and Health Connect permissions are controlled in your device settings. redd can only import data types you authorize. After changing permissions, reopen redd and allow synchronization to complete.

Deleting your account

The fastest option is Profile → Support & account → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, follow the external request process on our account-deletion page.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Cancel an active subscription through Apple or Google even if you delete your redd account.

redd support cannot provide medical advice or emergency assistance. Contact local emergency services immediately if you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency.
