Account and data deletion
Delete your redd account
You can permanently delete your redd account and associated health data from the app or request deletion without access to the app.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Account deletion is permanent. It removes your account and associated health information from redd’s active systems and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open redd and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Find Support & account.
- Select Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
If you are stopped at the subscription screen, you can also select Delete account there.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email hello@redd.health from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request.”
We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion. Do not send your password, authentication token, health records, or payment-card information.
What is deleted
Deletion covers the redd account and associated information in our active systems, including:
- account and profile information;
- health, fitness, nutrition, symptom, medication, workout, laboratory, and DEXA records;
- synchronized records and pending changes associated with the account; and
- active login sessions.
Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or security logs until overwritten under normal retention cycles. We may retain records where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your redd account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. To prevent future renewal, cancel separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
